in order to know your bracelet size per gram, you can download and print our "tape measure". wrap it around your wrist without being too tight. make sure to print it at 100% and cut along the dotted lines. 925 silver is a noble material whose evolution over time depends on several factors (contact with water, pH of the skin, etc.). it is therefore possible that your jewelry will oxidize naturally. However, it is possible to restore its original shine by cleaning it carefully with a chamois cloth and/or using a specific product intended for this purpose. you can discover all our maintenance tips for your jewelry on our “maintenance tips” page.

depending on the piece of jewelry concerned, the processing time for after-sales service is 6 to 8 weeks. our customer service will keep you informed of the progress of after-sales service for your jewelry.
If your cord is damaged and/or has broken, you must notify customer service who will then send you a new cord with an explanatory guide for mounting it on your jewelry.
If the jewelry you want is no longer available, you can click on "notify me of availability". All you need to do is enter your email address and you will then be informed by email of the restocking of the jewelry in question. for rings and jewelry in 750 gold, you can contact customer service at eshop@legramme.com who will take care of ordering the jewelry you want specially for you.
If the jewelry you want is not available on our site, you can first go to one of our stores or call them using the numbers provided on the site. engraving
le gramme offers you laser engraving on your first order placed on our eshop by subscribing to the newsletter . after having entered your email address, you will receive a first email with your free engraving code to insert in the “promotional code” section before making the payment.
le gramme offers 3 different styles of engraving: laser engraving, hand engraving and calligraphic engraving. These styles of engravings are presented to you on the “personalization” page of the site.
in fact, each engraving style has a maximum number of characters, depending on the jewelry you wish to engrave. the maximum number of characters is indicated when personalizing your jewelry.
The time limit for receiving personalized jewelry is 15 working days from the date the order is placed.
it is possible to order your jewelry to check the size and then do the engraving. To do this, simply contact customer service at eshop@legramme.com and express your wish. To return your jewelry to us, simply use the DHL return slip present in your package, and we will send you your engraved jewelry within 15 working days from its receipt by our teams.
personalized jewelry is neither exchangeable nor refundable.
If you wish to cancel a personalization you have ordered, simply contact customer service on the day of the order before 2 p.m. UTC+1 (or the next day 2 p.m. UTC+1 if the order was placed after this time). after this time, it will no longer be possible to cancel your personalization request.
delivery
delivery is free with no minimum purchase amount.
customs fees are included in the price of your jewelry, no additional fees will be payable upon arrival of your order.

Orders to European Union countries are shipped via DHL Express. Orders to countries outside the European Union are shipped via Fedex.

it is not possible to postpone the sending date of your package. if your order is placed before 3 p.m. UTC+1, it will be sent the same day. if it is received after this time, it will be sent the next day.

return & exchange
To make a return, you must send an email to eshop@legramme.com mentioning your intention to return or exchange your order. you must then fill out the box labeled "returns" in your package by checking the boxes corresponding to your choice, attach it to the package, and return your jewelry using the DHL label found inside the package you have received. If you live in the Paris region, you can also go to one of our stores and our teams will carry out the return or exchange on site. Please note: only jewelry received in perfect condition in its original, intact packaging can be returned.
In order for us to return your jewelry, it must return to us in perfect condition, unworn, and in its original packaging (including the white cardboard and black foam).
the size and model you wish to have in exchange for your initial jewelry must be mentioned in an email to customer service at eshop@legramme.com indicating your intention to exchange your jewelry. you must also indicate this on the “returns” box found inside your package by checking the boxes corresponding to your choices.
If your jewelry does not suit you, le gram offers you the return of your order.
you have 30 days from receipt of your order to make a return (excluding special operations).

The processing time for your return is 15 days. the refund amount will be credited to the payment method used to make the purchase.
Inside your package is a DHL return slip. once your package is closed, you attach the label to the package. You then have to arrange a DHL collection at your address (by going to the dhlexpress.fr website), or drop off the package at a DHL relay point.
You have two options for returning your package via DHL:
- you can call DHL directly on the number 0809 40 02 13 to arrange collection by a delivery person at your address
- you can drop off your package at a DHL parcel relay point.
For returns outside the European Union made via our carrier Fedex, please send your request to le gramme customer service at eshop@legramme.com. our teams will inform you of the procedure to follow.

you can bring your jewelry to the store and our teams will clean it for you. we also offer maintenance kits for purchase in our stores so that you can clean your jewelry at home.
